Chadwick Boseman received his posthumous Hollywood Walk of Fame star Thursday, with Viola Davis delivering an emotional tribute to the late actor’s legacy.

Davis, his “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom” co-star, called Boseman “a mighty elixir” of human connection, saying she could not speak of him as “gone.”

Boseman died at 43 in 2020 from colon cancer that he kept private while filming major movies including “Black Panther” and “Da 5 Bloods.”
