Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims his expenses have gotten so out of hand amid their contentious divorce that he’s resorted to “begging friends for money to have food to eat.”
The former Quantum 360 founder filed documents on Thursday asking for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case , which was originally scheduled for January 5, 2025.
Phypers alleges in the documents that he’s in danger of being evicted “at any time” from his home as he owes $125,000 for past due rent and $10,090 for past due HOA fees.
