Phyllis G. Kozokoff, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and devoted educator, passed away peacefully Nov. 19, 2025. She was born on Oct. 4, 1927, to Daniel and Anna Gombiner.
Phyllis was a pioneer in the field of academic and college consulting and was a deeply respected college advisor, dedicating her life to helping students find the right path. Her career was her passion, and she devoted herself to guiding young people toward futures where they could thrive. She had a profound love of reading, a spirit for travel, and a gift for touching the lives of all who had the privilege of learning from her and spending time with her. Family and friendship were at the center of her life.
