Former Ashes hero Chris Tremlett has completely transformed his physique since retiring from cricket a decade ago. Tremlett played a crucial role in the last England side to triumph in an Ashes series Down Under back in 2011.

The 44-year-old took 17 wickets during that memorable tour, including the final dismissal in the fifth Test to secure a 3-1 series triumph for Andrew Strauss' team. That Ashes victory represented the pinnacle of Tremlett's career, which was eventually brought to a premature end four years later due to persistent injuries.
