As the Nagar Kirtan to mark the 350th martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur will take a round of the city on Saturday, hundreds of hoardings regarding the event have been put up by the state government along all the highways and the arterial roads of the city.

There is a hoarding at a distance of almost every 8-10 feet. Every electricity pole along the flyovers, intersections and dividers in the middle of the road has a hoarding informing the commuters about the programme being held at Anandpur Sahib from November 23 to 25. The hoarding has the picture of the Guru and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann with folded hands.
