Hernandez and Rivera, old pals and allegedly both members of La Raza Loca gang, were drinking inside the bar with the victim’s girlfriend when they got into an argument with a group of four or five men around 4:23 a.m., NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny said at a press briefing Thursday.
