BUCHANAN, Mich. (WNDU) - An overcast day did nothing to dampen a big day in Buchanan.
The city held a ribbon cutting celebration on Friday for its highly- touted downtown project.

We were in downtown Buchanan, where the reconstruction project finally came to an end.
At the ribbon-cutting ceremony this morning the people shared some excitement, relief, and hope.
