In every woman's worst nightmare, police were horrified when they found Natalie Greene screaming and crying alone in the woods, her face and body carved with dozens of grisly cuts.

It was a scene from a horror movie – the woman's hands and legs were bound tight with zip ties, and political slurs were chillingly scrawled across her skin with black marker.
