The medical examiner’s office on Friday, Nov. 21, identified the woman who was killed along with an Alhambra police officer after a pursuit and crash in Alhambra.

The other driver and his second passenger were also injured in the Nov. 20 collision.

Gabriela Moreno, 42, died in an alley of blunt force injuries, according to the medical examiner’s office, which did not have a city of residence for Moreno.

The crash near Valley Boulevard and Edgewood Drive was reported around 3 a.m. on Thursday.

Alhambra police were chasing the driver of a stolen Hyundai sport utility vehicle. The SUV was stolen out of West Covina, CHP Sgt. Daniel Keene said. He did not know when it was stolen.
