LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Federal representatives have arrived in Louisville to assist businesses still facing uncertainty following the UPS plane crash that devastated the local area.
Grade A Recycling owner Sean Garber is grieving three employees killed in the crash while worrying about his company’s future.
“The business is gone. If you watch on the news, it really looks more like Gaza,” Garber said.
Garber said he doesn’t know whether he’ll be able to rebuild, but Small Business Administration (SBA) representatives say they’re in town to help business owners make decisions.
“The show must go on. Businesses must remain operational. Business owners would like to keep paying their employees during this time right before the holidays,” Donika Farnham, an SBA representative, said.
