Lawmakers on Capitol Hill are expressing mixed opinions over President Donald Trump’s response to a video posted by Democrat lawmakers Tuesday directing members of the armed forces to “stand up” for the Constitution. On social media, the president called the video a “SEDITIOUS" and “punishable by DEATH.”
On Friday, Rep. Jason Crow, a Democrat from Colorado and a former Army Ranger, said his message in the video was simply to remind members of the military of their role in defending the principles on which America was founded.
