Lowell to reconsider $6 million purchase from J.B. Hunt next week after council member raises conflict of interest concerns

LOWELL -- The Lowell City Council authorized the mayor to negotiate and execute a contract to buy property from J.B. Hunt Transport to the tune of $6 million Tuesday, but now a council member is concerned about a possible conflict of interest.
