Agriculture Department withdraws $7M funding request for Central Arkansas Water project

The state Department of Agriculture on Friday withdrew its request for the Legislative Council to grant $7 million in spending authority to allow the department to distribute a federal grant to Central Arkansas Water for use in land acquisition in the Lake Maumelle watershed.
