A slight improvement was recorded in Delhi's air quality on the morning of Friday, November 21, though pollution levels continued to stay firmly in the 'very poor' category.

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) registered Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) at 370, even as dense smog continued to blanket large parts of the capital.

This marks seventh consecutive day that air quality in Delhi has remained within the same hazardous band, according to the CPCB data, as per News18.

Several regions remain in 'severe' category

The CPCB-developed Sameer application showed that 13 out of 39 air monitoring stations in the city recorded "severe" air quality levels in the morning, as per News18.
