A Harpersfield resident was arrested Sunday, Nov. 16 on charges stemming from a domestic incident, according to a news release from Delaware County Sheriff Craig S. DuMond.

On Sunday, sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute in Harpersfield. Deputies interviewed the victim, the suspect and other individuals present in the residence.
