WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A vehicle crashed into a home, leading to a house fire in a north Wichita neighborhood.

The heavy emergency response to the area of West 17th Street North and North Fairview Avenue prompted the closure of 17th Street from Waco to North Park Place. This scene is southeast of 17th and Waco.

The emergency call came out at about 8:15 p.m. There are no reports of serious injuries at the active scene.
