An RSPCA NSW inspector uncovered Bradley Simon Clare's cruelty when they visited the 34-year-old's unit on June 25, 2025, in response to a complaint about dogs and puppies being left unattended.

The inspector saw that conditions in the unit were unfit for the American Staffordshire Terriers, with animal waste all over the floor, and lots of clutter and rubbish.
