The distressed parents of a 5-year-old boy are speaking out after they said their child wandered off by himself from his after-school program and was later seen near a fast food restaurant about a mile away.
According to Natalie and Brett Epstein, on Nov. 4, their son Oliver was at North Park Elementary School in Valencia, Calif., where he attended an after-school program.
