Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday expressed his condolences over the death of Wing Commander Namansh Syal.

Singh extended his sympathies to the late officer’s family.

In a post on X, he said, “Deeply anguished at the loss of a brave and courageous IAF pilot during an aerial display in Dubai Air Show. My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. The nation stands firmly with the family in this tragic hour.”

Meanwhile, the Indian Embassy in Dubai said that the Embassy and Consulate teams are on the ground and providing all necessary assistance.
