New Delhi: A major international arms trafficking network that used drones from Pakistan to smuggle high-end foreign pistols into Punjab has been busted by the Delhi Crime Branch.

The gang, linked to Pakistan’s ISI, was supplying Turkey- and China-made weapons to criminals across Delhi and neighbouring states, police said.

Four key operatives have been arrested, and police recovered 10 foreign-made pistols and 92 live cartridges. Investigators are now examining mobile, bank and social media records to trace the full network and determine the number of weapons already circulated.
