Jammu, Nov 22: The Jammu and Kashmir administration has issued a circular directing all government offices, educational institutions, and public sector units to observe Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas) on November 26, 2025.

The day marks the adoption of the Constitution of India. As per the circular, all offices and institutions are required to conduct Preamble reading ceremonies at 11:00 a.m. along with various activities aimed at promoting constitutional values among citizens.

The administration has called for active participation to ensure awareness of the principles enshrined in the Constitution and to reinforce the importance of constitutional responsibilities across the Union Territory.
