Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens and star Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb were benched for the first drive of their game against the Las Vegas Raiders for missing curfew, Lamb told reporters this week.
Lamb and Pickens went to the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas and were having dinner and drinks. In addition, Lamb denied reports that he was seen throwing up outside of the casino.
With a 5:15 p.m. PST kickoff on Monday, the team had a 10 p.m. curfew, which both players missed.
“I was out a little late, after curfew, but we came back,” Lamb said.
Lamb the added it was ‘a disrespect’ to suggest that he was throwing up after the night out.
“That’s a disrespect to even suggest that,” Lamb said. “I know how to hold my liquor.”
