JAMMU, Nov 22:Chief Minister Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah has congratulated the Minister for Rural Development Javed Dar and his team.

The statement reads " Chief Minister has congratulated the Minister for Rural Development Javed Dar and his team for successfully persuading the Ministry of Rural Development, GoI, to approve additional 50 days of employment under MGNREGA for the natural calamity affected rural areas of J&K. This crucial decision will support thousands of households impacted by recent floods/landslides, ensuring enhanced livelihood opportunities and relief."
