Starbucks Coffee Company, in collaboration with Tata Starbucks, has initiated a Farmer Support Partnership (FSP) to empower 10,000 Indian coffee farmers by 2030. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen India's coffee industry by integrating Starbucks' global agronomy expertise with Tata's local knowledge.

The FSP will establish 'model farms' to embed best practices in agronomy and test sustainable solutions. It aims to elevate coffee quality and productivity while enhancing climate resilience.
