A heartwarming incident from Bengaluru is winning hearts online after a young woman shared how her cab driver went out of his way to help her during a difficult moment.

The woman, identified as Yogita Rathore, a Hindi-speaking North Indian passenger, was travelling to the airport late at night after a long and exhausting shoot. In her video, she said she had a breakdown and was crying when she boarded the cab.

“Something so beautiful happened to me today in Bengaluru, I will never forget it," Yogita said in the beginning of the video.
