J immy Kimmel has hit back at Donald Trump after the he renewed his calls for the late-night host to be taken off air. In the latest round of the long-running feud, Kimmel used Thursday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to respond directly – and sharply – to Trump’s latest post criticising him.

Trump had labelled the comedian “a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS” while urging ABC to “Get the bum off the air!!!”. But Kimmel brushed off the attack, turning the spotlight on Trump’s own approval numbers as he delivered a pointed on-air monologue.
