Police are hunting a dog owner who fled after a woman was bitten. Officers said the animal may be a danger to the public.
The victim was attacked by an Alsatian, which was on a lead, in Warrensway, Woodside, Telford, at around 2.30pm yesterday, Friday, November 21.
She was treated by ambulance crews at the scene before travelling to hospital where she remained.

The owner of the dog was walking a second Alsatian at the time of the incident, which was off the lead.
They left the scene after the attack and had not been identified, West Mercia Police said.
