TOWN OF FLORIDA — There will be no townwide tax hike, again, next year as the increased cost of fire protection services is absorbed to keep the Florida Fire District levy flat under a $5.13 million 2026 budget adopted by the Florida Town Board.

The budget adopted this week represents a 14.84% increase in spending from this year’s $4.46 million budget.
