A house in Monmouth Junction that sold for $839,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in South Brunswick in the past week.

The area saw a total of seven residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $556,571, or $309 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 10 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $336K, single-family residence at 4043 Bayberry Court

The single-family home at 4043 Bayberry Court in Monmouth Junction has new owners. The price was $336,000. The house was built in 1984 and has a living area of 1,060 square feet. The price per square foot was $317. The deal was finalized on Oct. 17.
