Congress Appoints Vinay Kumar as New Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee President

Congress High Command on Saturday appointed Vinay Kumar as the new President of the Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) with immediate effect.

The announcement was made through an official press release issued by K.C. Venugopal , General Secretary, AICC. The party has also acknowledged and appreciated the contributions of the outgoing PCC President, Smt. Pratibha Singh .
