Fatima Bosch has taken home the title of Miss Universe 2025 just weeks after her tense interaction with a pageant executive went viral.

Bosch, otherwise known as Miss Mexico, was one of 130 women from around the globe competing at the 74th Miss Universe competition on Nov. 20 in Bangkok, Thailand.

After being crowned Miss Universe 2025, Bosch celebrated her achievements in an Instagram post, writing , “Today I reaffirmed that what God has destined for you, neither envy stops it, nor destiny aborts it, nor luck changes it. Long live Christ the King ❤️ 🔥.”

The official Miss Universe Instagram account shared a similar message, writing , “Because the dreams become reality, and because God willed it that way.”
