A house in Cato that sold for $460,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 12 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $230,409, or $146 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 15 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $145K, single-family home at 7959 State Street Road

A 1,104-square-foot detached house at 7959 State Street Road in Throop has been sold. The price was $145,000, $131 per square foot. The house was built in 1970. The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Oct. 28.
