Johannesburg/New Delhi, Nov 22 (UNI) In a strategic move, amid the absence of the United States, India teamed up with Canada and Australia today to announce the formation of a new trilateral technology and innovation partnership, on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Johannesburg.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi made the announcement, posting pictures with the Prime Ministers of Canada Mike Carney and Anthony Albanese of Australia.
The formation of the trilateral technology and innovation partnership that includes Canada comes amid the warming relations between New Delhi and Ottawa, which had plummeted under the previous regime of Justin Trudeau.
