A house that sold for $1.4 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in East Brunswick between Nov. 3 and Nov. 16.

The area saw a total of 19 residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $725,289. The average price per square foot was $382.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 3 to the week of Nov. 16 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $603K, single-family home at 12 Cleveland Ave.

A 1,579-square-foot single-family residence at 12 Cleveland Ave. in East Brunswick, has been sold. The total purchase price was $603,000, $382 per square foot. The house was built in 1957. The deal was finalized on Oct. 24.

9. $710K, detached house at 159 Fern Road
