21-year NBA veteran Chris Paul has announced that he will retire at the end of the 2025-26 season. The announcement came via a social media video that was quickly picked up by news outlets.
Paul currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers. Over his two-decade career he has also suited up for the Golden State Warriors, Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Phoenix Suns, and the New Orleans Pelicans (then Hornets), who selected him fourth overall in the 2005 NBA Draft.
