LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - It’s been a minute since we’ve seen some sunshine in our area. We will look to get just that on Sunday before more rain arrives.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies will be with us for this evening into the overnight. It will be a chilly night as temperatures fall into the upper 30s to low 40s.

We will start Sunday with a mix of sun and clouds and a very isolated shower. Mostly sunny skies take over by the afternoon, as it will be a nice and pleasant day. Highs will be in the upper 50s to low 60s. A few clouds will be around for the evening, with it turning partly cloudy overnight. Lows will be more in the low to mid-30s.
