BBC One's The Wheel saw host Michael McIntyre interrupt the game show to share some 'bad news'

Michael McIntyre brought popular BBC game show The Wheel to a halt to deliver some 'bad news' during tonight's episode.

Friday's instalment (November 22) of the smash-hit programme featured celebrity experts Clare Balding , Zoe Ball, Bill Bailey, Lou Sanders, Konnie Huq, Tommy Fury, Sam Thompson and Pete Wicks.

First up was Luke from Southampton, who was hoping to bag as much money as he could. At the beginning of the BBC show, Luke revealed to presenter Michael that he was desperate to win big so he could put the money towards establishing and providing for his family.

He also expressed his desire to donate a portion to Kidney Care UK for personal reasons. Luke, who works as a pharmacy
