I'm A Celebrity's Tom Read Wilson has left viewers convinced they've caught him out after a moment that supposedly "exposed" his authentic voice.

The Celebs Go Dating personality made his entrance alongside Vogue Williams as a late arrival to camp, instantly capturing attention with his elaborate speaking style.

His delivery was so polished that it left both fellow campmates and audiences at home questioning whether it was genuine.
