SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Langston Reynolds scored 16 points, Cade Tyson had 14, and Jaylen Crocker-Johnson added 10, but Minnesota’s second-half rally came up short in a 77-65 loss to San Francisco at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The Gophers (4-2) used a 13-4 run to tie the score 52-52 with 9:08 remaining, but the Dons (5-1) never trailed and were able to pull away in the closing minutes.

Reynolds came off the bench to lead Minnesota in scoring for the first time this season.

He made 7-of-9 field goals, including a three-pointer, but struggled at the line by making just 1-of-7.

As a team, Minnesota had an off night at the line, making 15-of-30.

Reynolds also tied for the team lead with five rebounds and three assists.
