SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Fire Department (SFD) reported a major collision near South Crestline Street and East 3rd Avenue just before 10 p.m. on Saturday night.

The incident blocked the roadway beyond the Altamont Street exit from Interstate 90. Police and SFD personnel responded quickly to the scene and began working to clear the road.
