‘Unacceptable’: IndiGo passenger claims her checked-in suitcases were cut open, items worth Rs 40,000 stolen; airline responds

A Mumbai-based woman has alleged that two of her checked-in suitcases were cut open and items worth Rs 40,000 were stolen during a recent IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Delhi. The airline, however, has denied the claims.

In a LinkedIn post that has since gone viral, Ritika Arora shared photos of her damaged luggage and wrote, “Deeply disappointed with IndiGo’s lack of accountability.”
