Colorado’s star left tackle, Jordan Seaton, didn’t play on Saturday, but he did take home a nice piece of hardware.
Following the Buffaloes’ 42-17 loss to Arizona State at Folsom Field, Seaton was presented with the 28th annual Buffalo Heart Award.
Awarded by fans each year and created by CU fans Pat Grimes, Craig Augustin and Ashley and Thaddeus Cernac in 1998, the award goes to the player who “best exemplifies CU football” with heart, determination, desire and grit.
One of the best tackles in the country, Seaton is just a sophomore, but has already proven himself as one of the top players and leaders on the team. He had started each of the first 22 games of his career before missing the last two with a leg injury.
