At 1 p.m., Jameis Winston and the 2-9 New York Giants will take on Jared Goff’s 6-4 Detroit Lions at Ford Field.
This contest is particularly important for Detroit after losing two of their last three; a surprise defeat at the hands of the crafty Big Blue could hurt their already questionable playoff chances since they round out their season against formidable opponents like the Packers, Cowboys, Rams, Steelers, Vikings and Bears.
In any event, head coach Dan Campbell believes a few key players will be activated from the injured list for this week 12 matchup.
