It’s been 100 days since congestion pricing went into effect.
On Thursday, a federal judge dismissed key arguments in four separate lawsuits brought against the toll program, however a Trump administration-mandated Sunday deadline to end the program remains.
But the MTA insists the cameras won’t be turned off.
Meanwhile, the administration this week turned its focus toward Penn Station — taking away the reconstruction project from the MTA.
