SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - KTIV will go off the air today, beginning around 2 p.m.

Sinclair, CBS and Fox affiliates, KMEG and KPTH, has experienced a transmission line burnout.

Due to the burnout, KTIV will need to go off air beginning around 2 pm today to allow for a tower crew to climb and make necessary repairs.

We apologize for the inconvenience in your programming. The anticipated time for us to be off air is 1 or 2 hours.
