ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A 50-year-old man is in the hospital after he was hit by a vehicle overnight in southwest Atlanta, according to police.

Officers responded to the accident at 1885 Lee St. SW just after 4 a.m. Sunday. Police say the man was “transported by ambulance to Grady Hospital in critical condition.”

An Atlanta News First crew was able to see a motorcycle being taken from the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, according to police.
