Strictly Come Dancing is bringing a new format that 'changes everything', and it has been confirmed that it will debut next week. The BBC show has brought a huge change to its Saturday, November 29 episode, with the Instant Dance feature, which will take place after the couples have dance in the usual way.

With outgoing hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly overseeing proceedings, each remaining couple will pick a dance style at random from ones they have learnt so far. The music will play, and after a frantic dash through wardrobe to select and change into costumes, the couple will have 10 seconds on the countdown clock to decide how they will dance.
