Police activity has prompted a lockdown in the 2500-2600 block of Ward Way in Concord, according to officials.
Authorities warned residents to lock down to the nearest place of safety, go inside, close and lock all windows and doors and stay off the phone. They also said not to call 911 unless they need to report a life-threatening emergency.
Officials said residents need to stay indoors until further official instructions.
