ARLINGTON, Texas — The Dallas Cowboys made a series of unforced errors in the first half, and allowed the Philadelphia Eagles to capitalize on almost every one of them, as Philly raced out to a 21-0 lead and holds a 21-7 edge at halftime.
Dak Prescott completed 13 of 17 passes for 159 yards in the first half, throwing a touchdown and an interception. The Cowboys' defense allowed three Eagles touchdown drives of 50 yards or more.
Dallas came out aggressive, going for it on a 4th & 3 at midfield. But Dak Prescott's throw to Javonte Williams was wide, and the Cowboys failed to convert.
The Eagles quickly turned that into seven points. A seven-play, 50-yard drive capped by an 11-yard Jalen Hurts touchdown pass to AJ Brown, and it was 7-0 Eagles.
