Police identified an 8-year-old girl and a man who were shot and killed following an argument and fight in a southwest Phoenix parking lot on Nov. 22.

The juvenile victim, identified as Envy Cardenas, died at a hospital, Sgt. Rob Scherer of the Phoenix Police Department confirmed Nov. 23. The adult victim died at the scene and was identified as 30-year-old Quincy Jay Polk.
